Indian Cinema Starting Era

Hi guys ,

This is my First Post of our indian cinema..

First of all in 1913 we have produced Raja Harichantra in silent mode . But i am telling not that story. i am telling in our modern era of 1st sound film in indian cinema.. 

Alam ara was a 1st indain sound oriented movie in 1931 directed by Ardeshir irani and produced by imperial movietone.  this story was a triangle love drama.  In that tyme we dont have recording theatre and all.. so As Playback singing had yet to start in Indian cinema, it was recorded live with musical accompaniment of a harmonium and a tabla.
